Nationally we offer 6 places in the London Marathon each year for runners that are prepared to pledge to raise at least £1,000. One runner last year raised in excess of £2,500 in donations from her work colleagues.
Each year we are oversubscribed and we no longer have places available for the 2005 event. If you would be interested in running for us next year you can contact our organiser at

Locally, individuals have abseiled down famous landmarks, organised Santa Fun Runs, baked cakes, run tombolas, held golfing events cycled from Paris to London, walked the length of the Grand Union Canal - just because they want to give their local children a better start in life. We really value their efforts and if you want to find how you can get involved locally, you should contact the nearest Life Education to you.
